Human resources is one of the essential components of a travel company. Roles and responsibilities of human resources is very important in realizing the
achievement of company objectives. Accordingly, the authors conducted a study on PT. Bangun Wenang Beverages Company Manado to see the influence of
leadership, organizational climate and work motivation in supporting employee performance. The reason this research is that there are some problems related to human resources in the company in question. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees consisting of structural staff /officials and employees.
Necessary data is primary data obtained from questionnaires enclosed have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed with
descriptive analysis, while testing using linear regression analysis is Y = 18 703 + (-027) 033 X1 + X2 + 153X3. So that the results showed that the behavior is not
leadership and significant positive effect, while the organizational climate and work motivation positive and significant impact on the performance of employees
at PT. Bangun Wenang Beverages company Manado. To that end, the company can continue to promote a conducive organizational climate and provide good
motivation for improving employee performance. However, the leadership style can also be improved by following a variety of good leadership development
program conducted in person or through an organization.
